First time visiting this branch, can't fault the experience. Social distancing measures well in place, full table service, staff were helpful and friendly as you'd expect. The food itself came out piping hot, great portions and generally couldn't fault it. Location is great and there's plenty of car parking as its on a retail park. Would definitely visit this branch again!
Great experience, we had some confusion as we thought our order had gone through when it hadn't. This, unfortunately, made for a longer wait for food. However, our server Alesha made sure that we were not kept waiting any longer than necessary and her general happy and positive demeanour really made for a great experience. Food was amazing too!!
We had a pretty good experience with Nandos. There was hardly any waiting time after joining virtual queue. The staff guided us to right table and explained the whole process. It’s very easy as order can be placed and paid online. The dishes we tried were good. I will go again.

Jitan is absolutely amazing. At the moment I come here quite often, and everytime I see him he has a smile on his face, a positive energy and is always willing to go the extra mile to provide good service. Definitely the kind of person you'd want in such a role!
Been to a few Nando’s in the UK but this one has the fastest service. Food was on our table in no time. Quality is always consistent and there’s ample seating space at this Rugby branch.
Manager jack was amazing! Really looked after us and made us feel welcome! Had an issue with the food and it was sorted promptly and without fail! He’s a credit to the business and we will return because of him absolutely fantastic service!
Great food at affordable prices. Tried the new Mediterranean salad bowl which was yummy. I Will order a quarter chicken breast rather than the sliced one as it has more flavour. Quick service and nice decor.
